Most of August was dedicated to improving the in-game user interface. Two important features were released. First, the card interface was overhauled as a more graphically-intensive application, perhaps making the experience more game-like. Secondly, we also improved the mobile device interface, which now provides more information about the cards. The game is free and fully available; try it out!

We're pleased to announce that the new data model is more efficient, by an order of magnitude! As a result, we're now opening the daily story to everyone... Subscribers can still use any of their available sleuths, and guests can select a pre-made sleuth (but won't be entitled to character upgrades for solving a case).

There were a lot of requests to release Pulps on weekends, when folks have time to play them. We're also upping the schedule to 4 times weekly. The new schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We thought the Pulp Story feature was not getting enough attention, so now all visitors can see the most recent stories and who is leading. We're currently examining how to promote these to the account dashboard as well.
